These are the two players Mike Arteta should consider adding to his starting eleven in other to seriously become title contenders.
Martin Odegaard: The former Real Madrid player couldn't get enough time with Madrid and be sent on a season-long loan to Arsenal last season but then the Norwegian international signed a permanent deal with them. Arsenal in the summer transfer window earlier this season. The might be what Arsenal has been in a while now. Odegaard is played that can hold the ball and dribble past one or two players while trying to open chances for goals. Arsenal signed the 22-year-old from Madrid in a transfer of €30 million. Arsenal needed a player that can create chances that might lead and Martin Odegaard might be the man for it leading Arsenal to win several silverwares as he(Odegaard) will longer be enough with the club as he is still young.
Thomas Partey: The in-form former Atletico Madrid defensive midfielder found his way to Arsenal in the last minute of the 2019-2020 season. Partey has been a good standing DMF which he has proved himself at Atletico Madrid and still did at Arsenal but couldn't get enough playing. The 28-year-old can form a very good midfield combo with Martin Odegaard and this can change Arsenal into a serious contender.
Since Arsenal started combining those two in the midfield, they hardly lose any match if there is any.
