According to the latest reports in Spain, it's was reported that Diego Simeone has spoken directly with the Gunner's Midfielder Lucas Torreria as Atletico Madrid plan to offer him on a loan from Arsenal. Although the Gunners are also open to offload Lucas with the Uruguay international attracting interest from Torino and Fiorentina, whose head coach, Marco Giampaolo, worked with the player at Sampdoria.
According to AS, Atletico are now interested and have opened chat with the Arsenal manager to discuss a deal for Torreria.
It's was also reported by Sky Sports Italia last week: Torino's Chief told Sky Sports that: "The coach has had time to evaluate the squad at his disposal, we are content with what [Tomas] Rincon is doing, so a midfielder in that role is no longer necessarily a priority for us. We discussed the new technical and tactical project, he is happy with the players and there is still time to the end of the transfer window, so we’ll see what happens then".
