Norwegian international and former Borussia Dortmund forward, Erling Braut Haaland was spectacular yet again for Pep Guardiola led Manchester City team in the quarter finals of the Emirates FA Cup against Burnley at the Etihad Stadium.
The 22 year old who has been enjoying a blistering goal scoring form for the Cityzen since his summer arrival was able to run riot at the heart of the attacking line, just after netting a total of five goals during the week in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League round of 16 ties against Rasenballsport Leipzig.
Erling Haaland in the game scored a stunning hat-trick in the emphatic victory before he was been substituted for Cole Palmer which was pivotal in getting his team advanced to the penultimate stage of the competition.
The young forward maestro scored a classic brace in the first half which gave the host a double lead going into the half time break which ended two nil, before he completed his hat-trick in the 59th minute of the second half to make it three nil.
Julian Alvarez in the 62nd minute got the lead extended as he got on the score sheet to make it four nil after which Cole Palmer made it five in the 68th minute.
Julian Alvarez in the 73rd minute was able to seal and wrapped up the massive win as he also completed his brace of the day to end the game six goals to nil at full time.
Erling Braut Haaland with his hat-trick of the day has now became the sixth Premier League player to score 40 or more goals in all competitions in a single season:

He will then be hoping to keep the tempo and momentum going for his team in their next game as they continue their pursuit in the current campaign.
