There have been enough of this constant scapegoating of BenChilwell. He was very good defensively yesterday but struggled a bit offensively. Not everyone can be perfect week in week out and many fans are forgetting how good he was up until December time.
The premier league's greatest Left-back, Cole recommended Chilwell also, don't see any energy for him, you would think Lampard wanted him alone at the club according to the fans.
Chilwell is still doing okay and will be a great signing long term, all the absolute plastics having a meltdown about it because they need somebody to blame for the Leeds draw.
Marcos Alonso is a key to Chelsea’s chance creation under Tuchel- 9 chances & 3 big chances created in his last 4 starts (Chilwell’s last 4 starts- 4 chances & 0 big chances created). Including crosses for Giroud’s goal vs Atléti & the opener vs Everton
Chilwell is a quality player and an upgrade on Alonso for sure, as LWB it's not a position he's used to or massively suited too, we know how good he can be and he'll find those levels again
