Manchester United were defeated 3-1 at Wembley Stadium on Sunday night by Frank Lampard's Chelsea, to end their hope of winning the trophy this season.
Chelsea's three goals were scored by French star Olivier Giroud, England youngster Mason Mount, and an own goal by Manchester United captain Harry Maguire, and the Red Devils only goal was scored by Bruno Fernandes via a penalty kick later in the game.
Manchester United Legends, sport analysts, and many football lovers have came out to criticize Spain number one goalkeeper David De Gea, for his recent errors for the Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Manchester United, saying he was very guilty of Chelsea first and second goal scored (by Giroud and Mount).
People have now started making suggestions that the former Atletico Madrid goalkeeper needs to be sold or Solskjaer should find a better replacement in the summer transfer window.
Many people said the Red Devils should call back Dean Henderson, who has been excellent for Sheffield United this season, while some people said he's not ripe enough to be the Red Devils number one goalkeeper.
Goal asked a question through their verified Twitter handle account that:
"If Manchester United need to replace David de Gea, who should they replace him with?"
Here are the reactions from Manchester United supporters:
Do you think Dean Henderson is ripe enough to replace David de Gea as Manchester United first choice goalkeeper?
