Chelsea aren't looking back in this summer transfer window, as coach Frank Lampard is prepared to build a reputable squad ahead of next season.
The Daily Mail revealed a report written from trusted source Nicholo Schira, claiming Chelsea have agreed all personal terms such as salary, contract details and other minor terms.
The Blues have agreed terms with him for a contract until 2025 (€8m plus add-ons-a-year), and are hoping to get Havertz for £72million.
However, Chelsea are yet to agree a transfer fee with Bayer Leverkusen who seems to be demanding more than £80million for the German player.
Other players said to be linked with a move to Stamford Bridge are Leicester City's Ben Chilwell, Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak and West Ham midfielder Declan Rice.
If the Blues can get all those deals done, then they will definitely title contenders next season.
