Jorginho, Havertz and other impressive players in Chelsea 4-0 victory in the UEFA Champions League

English Premier League giants Chelsea football club were exceptional on Wednesday night, as they defeated Malmo football club 4-0 at Stamford Bridge in the Matchday 3 of the UEFA Champions League.

The defending champions have been exceptional since the beginning of the season and they were able to extend their impressive form as they defeated their opponent convincingly.

Coach Thomas Tuchel started his best eleven against their visitors and they were able to claim the maximum three points at home.

Goals from Andreas Christensen, Kai Havertz and a brace from Jorginho Frello were enough to give the Blues a comfortable victory over their opponent.

Here are the five players that played vital roles in Chelsea football club's victory over Malmo FC;

Jorginho Frello

The Italy national team star was given a starting role by coach Thomas Tuchel and he was able to impress in the game, as he scored two penalties to guide them to a deserved home victory.

Kai Havertz

The Germany international was introduced to replace injured Romelu Lukaku in the first half, and he was exceptional in the game, as he scored a beautiful goal in the second half of the game.

Andreas Christensen

The Danish played one of his best games for Chelsea football club against Malmo FC, and he was able to score his first ever goal for the club at Stamford Bridge.

Antonio Rüdiger

The former AS Roma football club star returned to action for the Blues against their opponent on Wednesday, having missed his team's last game due to injury and he was solid in the home team's defence line, and he also won a penalty kick for his team.

Thiago Silva

The Brazilian was also impressive for the Blues against Malmo FC and he helped goalkeeper Edouard Mendy to keep a clean sheet, and he also provided an assist for Andreas Christensen.
