Nigeria U17 world cup winner coach, Manu Garba, has reinstated that Swedish based and Nigerian born winger, Akinkunmi Amoo, would be a great addition to the Nigeria Super Eagles team if given the opportunity.
In an interview with the Nigeria born tactician, Garba gave a detailed reason and how the Nigeria Senior National team can explore the assest of the Hammarby winger if been handed an invite to the Eagles camp.
"Akinkunmi is great talent and has been outstanding for his Swedish based side, Hammarby IF, and was recently named the club 2021 Player Of The Year winner, Garba stated.
"He has been in a terrific form and will be a great addition to the Super Eagles"
"Amoo has one thing that lacks in the Super Eagles team, he takes on defenders at will, Provides assists and can Score as well"
"The young lad assest needs to be given a chance to change the face of the Super Eagles attack, the U17 World Cup winner concluded.
Born 31 December 1965, Manu Garba is a Nigerian association football manager who was the former Nigeria National Under-17 football team.
In November 2013, Coach Manu Garba won the FIFA U-17 World Cup and in March 2015, he won the 2015 African U-20 Championship.
