Aside from football holidays which come up at the end of the season, the international break is when Nigerian footballers return to Nigeria so that they can train and play for the country.
The invited players are back in Nigeria now, one reason their fans are happy to see them is that they are representing the country, another reason is that sometimes, they get gifts from. After one of the training sessions, Osimhen spoke with some journalists, he appreciated the fans and spoke about how they may get gifts from him.
He said “I would like to thank the fans for their support, I see how you show me support and for those that include me in their prayers, I appreciate it, God will continue to bless you. Of course, anytime you see me on the streets, you own everything you see on me, except my phone, I can't give anyone my phone.”
Many people screamed when he said that, and it is just to show that he loves his fans, and he is a giver who settles them anytime he comes across them. The people who reacted to the video had kind words for him too.
