Chelsea defeated Sheffield United to record their third win in a row under new Gaffer, Thomas Tuchel. The German is beginning to have his ideas show on the pitch by the team.
Sunday's win at Sheffield United saw some surprise Players starting while some key players missed the game. Key players like Kai Havertz, Thiago Silva and Christian Pulisic. Thomas Tuchel made these decisions due to the effects of injuries and breaks given to certain Players.
The American especially was a surprised omission and Tuchel has now revealed that Pulisic was given a break to attend to family issues.
Remember the American lost his grandfather last year December and had to still remain with Chelsea due to the enormous fixture list. Now Tuchel has confirmed he was given a break by Chelsea to finally deal with matters pertaining to his family.
We wish Christian Pulisic the best of luck and comfort him on the loss of his grandfather.
