According to Reliable Media reports, Chelsea Football Club inserted a buyback clause of £25million in the deal.

The 18 year old is being allowed to leave Chelsea after entering the final year of his contract, with the Blues eager to bring in a fee while the club still can.

Meanwhile Tino Livramento can play in a back four or as a wing-back.
