Popular Nigerian human right activist and author Reno Omokri has taken to his official Instagram handle to react to the Nigeria's participation in 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Reno Omokri said that Australia has about 25 6 million people and the country has won about 30 medals at Tokyo Olympics.


While Nigeria which has about 205 million people have not won a single medal at Tokyo Olympics. Besides, Reno Omokri said that San Marino which is a nation with only 33,000 people has won 3 medals. Reno Omokri asked that how could Nigeria be behind technologically and athletically?


He also talked about the strength of Nigeria. He said that could Nigeria 's strength be in people like Hushpuppi and Abba Kyari? He said: "Australia has 25 million people and has won 30 medals at Tokyo. Nigeria has 205 million people and we have won 0 medals. Even San Marino, a nation with only 33,000 people, has won 2 medals. How can we be behind technologically and also behind athletically?"
