It was a wonderful performance today at the Alliance stadium as the old lady beat Lazio 2-1. Both goals came from Cristiano Ronaldo, a penalty and a wonderful assist from Dybala (who should be the man of the match). A goal from Ciro Immobile saved Lazio from receiving a 2 bill defeat from the Italian giants.
1)Messi out:- Cristiano Ronaldo's all time rival Lionel Messi has 25 goals this season making him the highest goal scorer this season in la Liga as the season ends last week. Ronaldo already leads him with 5 goals his only contenders now being Lewandoski and Immobile
2)Ciro Immobile poor form:- The Lazio man doesn't seems to be in form in the last 3 games, Ronaldo could use this as an opportunity. He (Ronaldo) has more goals per minute than Immobile,so if the two finish with same goals Ronaldo will be favourite for the golden boot
3) Lewandoski:- the Bundesliga man having 34 goals to his name this season, Ronaldo has more games to play and he could equalise the four goals
4)The Dybala effect:- from the last 3 matches, Dybala seems to have been feeding Ronaldo with goals and this would be a boost for the Portugal super star.
He could also be the favourite for Ballon'D'Or if helps Juventus carry the champions league this season
