Costly slip by Man Utd as Calvert-Lewin grabs 95th-minute equaliser
A last-gasp goal from England striker Domic Calvert-Lewin denied the Red Devils the victory they wanted to mark the sixty third anniversary of the Munich tragedy and draw level on points with Manchester City at the summit of the English Premier League standings.
The Everton striker Calvert-Lewin pounced from close range in Injury time to earn the Tofees a stalemate just as Manchester United thought the 3 points were in the bag.
Goals from Cavani and Fernandes gave Manchester United a 2-0 advantage at the break but the Tofees had wiped that out within 7 minutes of the 2nd period starting with goals from Doucoure and Rodriguez.
Scotland International Scott McTominay restored the Red Devils advantage with a header from England left back Luke Shaw's free-kick but Calvert-Lewin pounced to equalise at the death.
