Mkhitaryan has been out on loan with Giallorossi this season and is reportedly anxious to make his shift stable.
Corriere dello Sport state Mkhitaryan has already agreed to take a wage cut on the £200,000 per week contract he has with Arsenal.
Super entourage Mino Raiola has been tasked to sort out Henrikh’s future and is in talks with Roma about keeping the star in Italy.
Mkhitaryan has invitations from Russia, but Mino thinks he might be able to reach a commitment where Roma and Arsenal get what they want.
Raiola also exemplifies Roma attacker Kluivert, who has been linked with Arsenal in the past and a move to the PL.
The 21-year-old is still improving at the club, but Raiola thinks he’d be a decent fit for Arsenal.
The recommendation would be for Kluivert and Mkhitaryan to swap clubs and Arsenal pay a sum of £11-13m on top of that to Roma.
That would save Roma money and give Mino the liberty to negotiate a bigger salary for Mkhitaryan at the Italian side.
Kluivert has earned seven goals in 27 appearances for Roma this campaign and is the son of Dutch legend Patrick Kluivert.
The Gunners will be on the hunt for purchases in the next transfer market after suffering financially from the coronavirus pandemic.
