Barcelona is currently experiencing a difficult time this season. The club is currently number 7 in the Spanish La Liga, with 15 points from 8 games. Despite the challenges, Ronald Koeman deserves to be praised for giving more young players opportunities with the first team.

On the other hand, Barcelona's legend, Andres Iniesta, has shared some pieces of advice for Ronald Koeman. In an interview that surfaced online, he spoke about how Barcelona must not put pressure on the teenagers in the team. He said the young players must take their opportunities, but they have to be integrated into the team. Well, I have highlighted two reasons why Iniesta's advice must be taken seriously by Ronald Koeman.
1. Young Players Can Easily Lose Focus.

Note that young players are known to lose focus and not live up to expectations when much pressure is on them. Over the years, we have seen youngsters to didn't live up to expectations because a lot was expected from them. Therefore, what Iniesta is stressing is the fact that teenagers line Gavi, Fati, Balde, Nico, and Pedri shouldn't be under pressure to always deliver.
2. When You Put Much Pressure On Young Players, They Start Making Errors.
When youngsters play too many games, they start to make errors. A typical example is Gavi, who has received three yellow cards in La Liga for committing unnecessary fouls. Also, because of their inexperience, youngsters are prone to make bad decisions. Note that when this happens frequently, their confidence could be affected.

In conclusion, Barcelona's coach should be thanked for giving many youngsters playing time, but he should take Iniesta's advice on putting too much responsibility on them.
