4 Worst Players in Premier League Last Weekend

The Premier League was in full action last weekend as ten matches were played on Saturday and Sunday. The weekend's matches were full of dramas and unexpected incidents that made the weekend controversial and interesting.

Let's take a look at the four underperforming players over the weekend.

1. Harry Kane:

Harry Kane has not been in good form since the start of this season and has been getting worse as each match passes by. The three times Golden boot winner is yet to register a goal this season and is now far behind in this season's Golden boot race. Harry Kane came very close to leaving Tottenham this summer for Pep Guardiola's Manchester City before his club blocked his transfer.

Harry Kane endured another shambolic performance which led Tottenham to lose 3-1 to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

2. Cristiano Ronaldo:

Cristiano Ronaldo has been the most impressive player for Manchester United this season, scoring three Premier League goals in three matches. The 36-year-old has been outstanding this season but head a dreadful performance in the weekend's loss against Aston Villa.

3. Bruno Fernandes:

Bruno Fernandes has been one of the best playmakers in the Premier League since his arrival in the winter of 2020. Bruno Fernandes endured a dreadful performance in the last weekend's game against Aston Villa at Old Trafford.

Bruno Fernandes had a chance to rescue a point for Manchester United in the dying minute of the game but wasted the golden opportunity which cost the Red Devils the game.

4. Romelu Lukaku:

From scoring in three consecutive matches, Romelu Lukaku has now gone two games in a row without a goal and was arguably the worst player for Chelsea last weekend. The Belgian was terrible in Chelsea's loss against Manchester City as he failed to register a shot on target.
