The 29-year old has missed Chelsea's last two games due to a hamstring injury he peaked up during Crystal Palace game.
Speaking in the pre-match press conference, Lampard said except for the midfielder, the Blues don't have other serious injury problem, although they will have to do a further check.
The manager told the media (via Chelsea's official website) : "Overall, the squad is ok.
"N'Golo Kante won't be fit for the match though. He's still not quite right, so he's out for Sunday.
"We have a few other players that have a few little niggles and we be monitoring them over the next 24hours or so. "

Chelsea boss also responded to Manchester United Boss Solskjaer's claim that Chelsea have been given an unfair 48hours rest ahead of the match.
"I don't think we do, " Lampaid said.
"We have played Saturday, Tuesday this week, we are playing regularly. We both played two games this week.

Aside from the FA cup Semifinal, Chelsea are also under pressure to finish in top four.

But the former Derby County manager stress that Chelsea will fight for both the FA Cup and the top four finish.
