Real Madrid possible lineup for tonight’s game with Five First team players out with Injuries

Real Madrid will begin their Champions League campaign tonight as they face Inter Milan at the San Siro stadium. Real Madrid and Inter Milan were in the same group also last season. Both teams have started well in their respective domestic leagues.

Carlo Ancelloti in his press conference on Tuesday confirmed that Marcelo has had a relapse in training. The veteran came back from injury last week but had another relapse in training yesterday which has prevented him from traveling with the rest of the squad. Other players who did not travel with the squad are Bale, Toni Kroos, Mendy and Ceballos.

David Alaba has however returned from his slight injury and is available for tonight’s match. With this team news, Real Madrid is likely to start a similar lineup to the won which defeated Celta Vigo last weekend.

Real Madrid played an exciting and excellent free flowing attacking football against Celta. The combination of Vinicius, Hazard and Benzema proved very strong. The only change that can occur is Alaba coming in for Miguel. Although the youngster played well on Sunday, Alaba experience is needed against Inter Milan.
