The Sun have reportedly stated that Manchester United is on the verge to hijack Nigerian international from Napoli this summer, as Man United have sighted him as a permanent replacement for Romelu Lukaku.
The report added that, Man United have reportedly contacted the agent of the Lille and Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, with a view of hijacking his prospective move to the Italian club Napoli this summer.
Napoli have reportedly agreed a £46m transfer fee with Lille for the player's switch this summer, but Manchester United is one of the top European clubs that have developed interest in the 21 years old Nigerian international this summer.
Nigerian international Victor Osimhen have been at the top of his form for the France club Lille, before the present pandemic crises sets in, which made France to end football activities.
The 21 years old have bagged in 18 goals with 6 assists, in 38 league match appearances this season for Lille.
Victor Osimhen have equally scored nine times for his country, since his call up to the Nigerian national team.
He also scored 16 times for Wolfsburg in two seasons, and now move to Charleroi, where he scored 20 times with 4 assist in 36 appearances, before his massive move to Lille in 2019.
