Check out the best Manchester City Academy graduates in Europe's top five leagues this season

One of the best clubs in the top five European leagues this season is Manchester City. They are among the possible winners of the 2021/2022 premier league title.

The City lost to PSG 2-0 during their UEFA Champions league clash with the Parisians. Manchester City dominated the game but failed to score a single goal against PSG. Star players including Kevin De Bruyne, Riyad Mahrez, Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Ruben Diaz, Kyle Walker and Bernado Silva were among the City players that faced the Parisians.

Phil Foden is a Manchester City Academy graduate who was later promoted to their first team squad. Foden was highly impressive in 2020/2021 season scoring 16 goals with 10 assists in 50 games. He was the best young player in the City's squad last season. Foden has managed to score 1 goal with 2 assists in 6 matches this season. He's likely to score more goals before the end of this season. Jadon Sancho is one of the best young players in the world. He's a Manchester City Academy graduate but was unable to secure a place for himself at the club. Sancho established himself at Borussia Dortmund as one of the most talented players in the Bundesliga. He scored 50 goals with 64 assists in 137 matches with Borussia Dortmund.

Manchester United later secured the signing of Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund for a fee of £73 million after his successful career in the German Bundesliga. Fans expect Jadon Sancho to put on an impressive performance for the Red devils but he's yet to live up to their expectations. Sancho is under a lot of pressure from the club's supporters after failing to score a single goal or register an assist in 9 games he has played in.

Brahim Diaz is also a Manchester City Academy graduate who later joined Real Madrid after his departure from the City. He's currently playing for AC Milan on loan from Real Madrid. Brahim Diaz has scored 4 goals with 2 assists in 8 games this season.
