Bayern Munich CEO has once again disrespected Leo Messi, this time, he made a sarcastic comment on Leo's astonishing wage at barca, saying the wage structure needs to change.
Leo signed a contract with barca 4 years ago, that will see him earn a stunning €555M until the contract runs out. The Argentine has been on the other side of the club in recent months, and reluctant to agreeing a new deal at the club.
Lionel Messi will not be a Bayern Münich target in the summer. Rummenigge to Corriere: “I laughed when I saw Messi's contract with Barcelona... I can only say congrats to him for obtaining an astronomical contract. "But this salary situation needs to be changed”. 🔴 #Bayern
Leo Messi has served Barca for 15 consecutive years till today, He's pratically made barca the best club in the world and helped close the gap on total trophies between the catalan giants and bitter rivals Real Madrid. I'm still gutted on why He(rummenige) would think twice about Leo's contract at Barca, when it's obvious that the 6 time ballon for winner, earned every single penny he's been paid today.
Barca Before Leo Messi:
- 1 UCL

- 5 UCL
- 26 League titles
