The likes of Callum Hudson-Odoi, Timo Werner and Saul Niguez have not been performing up the expectations and they should be dropped, here are 3 reasons why Chelsea should drop these 3 players from their starting lineup this season.

1 - Callum Hudson-Odoi is not good enough: This is one player who has been given a fair playing time this season, but he has failed to make any impression with the team.

The fact is that he is not good in crossing the ball, so this is always limiting the chances that can be created by the team. He is always reluctant to pass the ball to other players.

This makes it difficult for the team to be very creative whenever he is on the pitch. Even when he is playing as a full-back, he will still attempt too many dribbles.

2 - Timo Werner has been very wasteful: The 2021/2022 premier league campaign is getting very intensified and it will be good for the blues to stick to a clinical striker and not the wasteful ones.

Timo Werner was very wasteful last season and it prevented the team from scoring many goals in a single match, that has not changed this season so that they can score more goals.

3 - Saul Niguez is struggling in the premier league: Many Chelsea fans thought that Saul Niguez will be able to adapt to the premier league in a quick manner after he joined the club on loan from Athletico Madrid. But that has not been the case in any way.

He has not been performing well for the team, even against a team like Aston Villa. He should be dropped for now because he has not been able to adapt to the playing style of the club.

If he is used against bigger clubs like Manchester United, it might be disastrous for the team. So there will be no need for the coach to use him again when the likes of Kante, Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic are available in the team.

Meanwhile, which of these players do you think should still be given more playing time? Share your thoughts with us, thanks.
