The Laliga competition yesterday, returned to action and a such, alot of drama were displayed.
The first game that was played in the competition yesterday, was between Deportivo Alaves and Mallorca. Deportivo Alaves who has been on top form in recent weeks, fell to a defeat at home as Mallorca narrowly defeated them by one goal to nothing.
Moments after Mallorca won Deportivo Alaves 1-0, newly promoted team (Espanyol), then hosted and played a disappointing goalless draw with Villarreal who won the Europa league trophy last season.
Thereafter, Atlectico Bilbao then hosted and drew Barcelona 1-1 at home in the last fixture of the Laliga competition yesterday.
After all matches were played yesterday, below is how the Laliga table now looks like, with Barcelona occupying the first possession despite drawing Atlectico Bilbao yesterday. Real Madrid on the other hand, are occupying the 4th position with 3 points from one match.
