In my own opinion, I would urge to UEFA to replay this match because of these reasons.
For most of us who didn't watch the match, Antonio Rudiger of Chelsea pushed down Luiz Suarez almost in the 18 yard box, this should have been awarded a penalty by the referee but the decision wasn't made. Some minutes later, the Chelsea's captain, Cesar Azpilicueta held Yannick Carrasco, this decision was clearly a penalty kick, but nothing was done by the referee. I would ask a question, where was the VAR( video assistant referee) when all this fouls were committed. The VAR didn't call for foul Check in any of the two critical situations that Atletico Madrid had.
Maybe the match needs to be played again, and the officiating referee needs to be sanction and those who were in the VAR room as well.
