Chelsea started the season with a bang as the Blues defeated Crystal Palace 3-0 at Stamford Bridge over the weekend.

For Arsenal, the Gunners were surprisingly beaten by newly-promoted Brentford in the season’s opening game last Friday.

Arsenal’s struggle from last season has continued to this season, and the Gunners next play Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.

Arsenal legend Ian Wright has admitted ahead of the game that he is frightened at the thought of Arsenal’s defense facing Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku.

The former Arsenal striker stated on Ringer FC's Wrighty's House podcast: "Since Lukaku was connected, Romelu's been talking to me constantly, so I know it's happening but I have to remain quiet."

“All the while I'm thinking everything is OK, but when I see how Arsenal lost to Brentford knowing Romelu would be there, I'm not so sure.

“Watching how we play, seeing how Ivan Toney and Mbuemo coped with our defense, I knew it was going to happen. Let's face it, Lukaku with the guys he currently has is going to be deadly against most defenses.”
