Barcelona Has Fortified All The Positions In Their Squad This Summer

With all the Signings that Barcelona have made this summer, it would be embarrassing if the Catalans finished next season without ending their La Liga drought.

The preparations of the Catalans this summer, which has saw the arrival of numerous World class Players, has arguably ridiculed the preparation of their local rival Real Madrid.

Real Madrid have made just 2 Signings this summer. They signed Antonio Rudiger from Chelsea on free transfer and they signed French Midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni from Monaco.

Barcelona, on the other, have reinforced all the positions in the squad this summer. From the Defense to the Midfield and Attack, Barcelona have left no stone unturned to make sure that they can challenge Real Madrid for the Spanish La Liga title next season.

The Blaugrana were able to sign Andreas Christensen, Jules Kounde, Franck Kessie, Robert Lewandowski and Raphinha this summer.

In the defense, there's certainly going to be competition as Jules Kounde, Ronald Araujo and Andreas Christensen will slug it out for a starting spot.

Ronald Araujo has already gotten a good headstart with his performance for the Catalans last season, thereby leaving Andreas Christensen and Jules Kounde to fight for the second Centre-back Position.

Franck Kessie will be a major upgrade to Sergio Busquets in the Midfield. There's also going to be a stiff competition in the attack with Robert Lewandowski and Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang jostling to become the number 9 while Ousmane Dembele and Raphinha will contend for the right wing position.
