See What Pellegrini Said About Messi After Loosing His Match That Sparked Reaction Online!

Real Betis head coach, Manuel Pellegrini has given his own opinion about Messi's performance yesterday. Although his side took an early lead through a goal from Iglesias, but they couldn't keep the lead throughout the 90 minutes of play. Real Betis held a 1-0 victory at halftime, but everything changed in the second half of the game, especially when Ronald koeman made some technical substitutions.

Messi Preparing To Come In As A Substitute

Lionel Messi who came in as a substitute for Ruig Puig in the 57th minute was obviously the game changer and he really did change the game in the favour of his team and to the delight of his manager and to Barcelona fans worldwide. He came in the 57th minute and equalised in the 59th minute, he also gave a sublime pass to Jordi Alba that eventually led to a goal (an own goal by Victor Ruiz), while Francisco Trincão scored the winning goal in the 87th minute, aftet Victor Ruiz had leveled his side up.

After the match, the head coach of Real Betis, Manuel Pellegrini was interviewed and he had some things to say about Lionel Messi and here's what he said about the "god of football", he said, "In football the difference is made by technique and Messi is the best player in the world the one who makes the difference".

Without mincing words, Lionel Messi is one of the greatest, if not the greatest player of all time, and this introduction to the game yesterday made a whole great difference. I Wonder Why Koeman did not start him.

Aftet Barcelona won against Real Betis yesterday, they moved to the second place on the table with seven points behind the first-place Atletico Madrid.

With Barcelona's current form, do you think they could be crowned champions of La Liga this season?
