Africa WCQ Group C Table After Nigeria Won 2-0 Against Central African Republic.

The Nigerian National Team played another fixture in the African World Cup Qualifiers today as they visited the Japoma Stadium to face Central African Republic in a return leg encounter. The Super Eagles were looking forward to winning this game at all costs after losing their previous fixture to the same country in Central African Republic.

The Super Eagles broke the deadlock in the 29th minute of the match as Leon Balogun opened the scoring with a brilliant effort to make the scoreline 1-0. Victor Osimhen doubled Nigeria's lead in the 45th minute of the game with a lovely strike to make the halftime scoreline 2-0 in favour of the Super Eagles.

No other goals were scored in the second half of the match as Nigeria secured maximum points with their comfortable 2-0 victory over Central African Republic at full-time.

Nigeria tops the group with 9 points while Central African Republic sits in the 3rd position with 4 points.
