After enjoying a successful summer transfer window, Manchester United now looks set to mount a title challenge this season. With the Red Devils' last preseason game, they gave every indication of a side that is ready and desperate to win trophies.
Top players like Edison Cavani, Marcus Rashford, Paul Pogba, and Jodan Sancho were not involved in the game, but the Norwegian manager still has the squad depth to thrash Everton.
David De gea, Anthony Martial, Bruno Fernandes, Harry Maguire, and the rest were involved in the game. It was almost a full squad. Although some players are yet to join the team, but their performances were speaking loud of a team that is better than what they were last season.
Last season Manchester United had a very slow start to the campaign after failing to win any of their opening three matches last season.
However, United looks better now, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has done great work to make his team stronger and fit for the new season.
