The blues fear Romelu Lukaku will not be able to play again until the next international break, with the striker set to be out for at least two to three weeks after suffering an ankle injury against Malmo. Rumelu Lukaku was substituted in the first half after twisting his ankle in a challenge by Malmo's Lasse Nielsen, which resulted in a penalty.
Timo Werner was also injured in Wednesday's win over Malmo FF and the trio are expected to miss the game on Saturday, according to reports.
