2 Reasons Why Roman Abramovich Wants Eden Hazard At Chelsea

Rumours have returned again about the potential move of Eden Hazard to Chelsea. After two failed seasons at Real Madrid, the Belgian magician might not be needed at the club anymore. He has won just the La Liga title and the Spanish Super Cup since he joined Real Madrid.

Eden Hazard's return to Chelsea is being pushed by Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, who has been a fan since his time at Chelsea. After two seasons, Eden Hazard couldn't adjust to Real Madrid and La Liga. After two seasons, Chelsea have already found their replacement, though he's not as superb as Eden Hazard was.

Here are the two reasons why Roman Abramovich wants Eden Hazard back at Chelsea.

1. To Revive His Career: Since Eden Hazard left for Real Madrid in 2019, things haven't been the same for the Belgian forward. He already sustained injuries after injuries and didn't start up to thirty games in each of his two seasons at Real Madrid. Chelsea have now opened the door to re-signing the Belgian forward and rediscovering his best at Stamford Bridge, where he was once World Class. Eden Hazard was one of the best players in the world during his time at Chelsea, but now he's no where near the top twenty list.

2. To Add Quality And Experience To Chelsea's Attack: Eden Hazard might be the only attacker Chelsea will have to sign in the next transfer window. They already have a calibre of attackers, this makes Thomas Tuchel think thoroughly when choosing his starting lineup. He has players to turn to once another has poor form. Eden Hazard doesn't necessarily have to take the number ten jersey back. He'll be a great addition to Thomas Tuchel's current attack, especially with the fact that Romelu Lukaku and Eden Hazard are a fantastic duo for Belgium.
