Chelsea's Edouard Mendy have been absent for Chelsea due to an injury sustained months ago, but he has returned to training few days ago and I think that he should be started ahead of Kepa in the game today.
The reason why I think that Edouard Mendy should be started ahead of Kepa today versus Everton is due to the fact that; Kepa has been used in goal for Chelsea in all competition since and clearly needs some rest.
Kepa Arrizabalaga has been the one between the posts for Chelsea in all competitions for months now and that includes the FA Cup, Carabao Cup and the Champions League.
The Spaniard has really tried for The Blues, and with the return of Edouard Mendy to training I think that it's high time for him (Kepa) to gain his rest.
