Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal And Manchester United Players In My Premier League Team Of The Week 5

David De Gea (GK) - Manchester United

De Gea was excellent in goal for Manchester United against West Ham after pulling off last-gasp heroics to save a late penalty to ensure United gets the win.

Marcos Alonso (LB) - Chelsea

Alonso is Chelsea's best player so far this season. The 32-year-old Spaniard assisted a goal in Chelsea's thrashing of Tottenham over the weekend while keeping a clean sheet.

Thiago Silva (CB) - Chelsea

The 36-year-old Brazilian has shown that experience can always cover for his age. One goal scored and clean sheet against Tottenham at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium that ended 3-nil.

Virgil Van Dijk (CB) - Liverpool

You can't turn down the offer of a towering presence like Van Dijk's in defense, especially after his performance against Crystal Palace. A clean sheet and an assist in the stats for the Netherlands captain.

Antonio Rudiger (CB) - Chelsea

Rudiger is another Chelsea player who put in an excellent display against Tottenham. Without the defenders, Tuchel would have been sweating over goals. The German-international scored the Blues' third goal of the game.

Matthew Cash (RB) - Aston Villa

Cash was alive in defense for Aston Villa as he helped the club to a third clean sheet of the season in a 3 - 0 win over Everton. His goal opened the scoring at the Villa Stadium.

Ismaila Sarr (LW) - Watford

Sarr helped Watford to a second win in five games as they defeated fellow-promoted club Norwich 3-nil. The 23-year-old Senegal winger scored two of Watford's three goals.

Martin Odegaard (CM/AMC) - Arsenal

Odegaard has been influential in helping Arsenal get back to life. His freekick goal won the Gunners their second three points as they visited Burnley.

Mohamed Salah (RW) - Liverpool

Salah is by far the best player in the Premier League this season after five games. The Egyptian added another goal and an assist to help Liverpool to a 3-nil win over Crystal Palace.

Ivan Toney (FW) - Brentford

Toney scored a penalty and assisted Bryan Mbeumo for Brentford's second goal. Despite Shandon Baptiste's 64th-minute red card, Brentford held on to their two-goal lead to snatch all three points at Wolves.

Joshua King (FW) - Watford

King assisted two of Watford's three goals in the 3-nil win over Norwich.
