Manchester United who drew their last premier league game with Everton last weekend, will be playing Liverpool after the international break at Old Trafford and as such, alot of actions are expected to be displayed. The last time both teams met in the premier league competition, it was a 6 goals thriller game that ended in favour of Liverpool as they defeated Manchester United by 4 goals to one.
Nonetheless, I decided to write this article to display the 4-2-3-1 formation Manchester United could use to defeat Liverpool after the international break.
A. Goal keeper: David De Gea
B. Defenders: Harry Maguire who missed manchester united last 2 matches, would be returning to the starting XI after the international break, and will be replacing Victor Lindelof at the center back position.
C. Midfielders: Scott McTominay, Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba.
D. Attackers: Marcus Rashford who is yet to play for manchester united this season due to shoulder Injury, will be returning to the starting Xai when they face Liverpool on October 24th 2021. He could be pairing with Jadon Sancho and Christiano Ronaldo at the attacking positions.
