Barcelona President Juan Laporta has officially announced that Ronald Koeman will continue as Barcelona head coach next season. There have been speculations that Laporta wants to sack Koeman but this proves to be false. 
Speaking to the media on Thursday, Laporta said "After this period of reflection I want to announce that we have agreed to continue the contract that Ronald Koeman has in place. We are satisfied with how the conversations have gone and how we have a unified criteria."
He said Koeman contract is yet to be adjusted and if there is any need for such, it will be discussed with Koeman and his agent. He said conclusion was reached that Koeman is the right man for the job.
In other news, Real Madrid Star Player Lucas Vazquez has officially signed a new contract extension with the club. Vazquez signed a deal that will tie him to the club till the summer of 2024.

Vazquez would have become a free player at the end of the month hence the New contract. He has Reportedly taken a 10 percent paycut in his first year of his new contract.
