The former Zambian forward is currently the top-scoring African player of all time when it comes to international games, and it does not look like his record will be broken any time soon.

He scored a record 79 goals in just 111 games for the Zambia national team during his playing days. His 79 goals place him in the number 5 position on the global list.

Godfrey Chitalu spent his entire career playing for clubs in the local league of his home country.

He scored 71 goals in just 117 games for the Malawi national team.
