He was successfully able to displace Marcelo from Zidane's starting 11,undoubtedly because of his good defensive qualities, he is a Rock in Defence and unstoppable in attack.

An impressive debut season, with much more prospect for the future, as he always running to assist Casemiro in defense, he was also an unstoppable attacking force,with about 2 goals and 4 assists.


His Partnership with Ramos has been very productive, and has improved so much playing on the right side of the defence with a goal and an assist to his name.


His through balls,impressive work rate in defence, and total midfield control, saw him regain his place over Valverde in the final matches of the season.


Arguably the best Midfielder in Laliga right now,he keeps the ball well,make good passes, 5 goals and a couple of assists, life's going great for Toni Kroos at the moment.
