Although Chuba Akpom has not been invited to play for Nigeria National team but his is a Nigeria decent born in England. Akpom came up from Arsenal academic but he was unable to secure a place in Arsene Wenger's first team.
Akpom was loaned severally and his last loan to Greek giants PAOK was productive having won Super League title in the 2018-19 season.
Arsenal have now finally sold the Nigerian man to Middlesbrough. Although the deal fee isn't disclosed but Boro manager Neil Warnock has confirmed the deal.
"I'm delighted to finally have got him.
"He's been my number one choice. I've wanted him for a long time. I'd like to give a big thanks to Neil Bausor for getting it done.
"I told him what we were doing at the club, and right from day one, he wanted to come, and I'm delighted."
Niles and Akpom are friends but both players will now be playing for different teams this season.
