"Clever Business idea" - Check out the hilarious way viewing centres are advertising Euro 2020

Nigeria is a country blessed with Human and Capital resources. Many Citizens of the country possess innate ability to craft a suitable workaround in difficult situations.

The English premier league, Spanish La Liga, Italian Serie A, German Bundesliga, French Ligue 1 and UEFA Champions League has ended. For the operators of football viewing Centres in Nigeria, that means they were out of job for the time being as there's no reason for their customers to patronize them.

The European Championship is set to start on Friday. It means that there's a chance that the Operators of viewing centres could earn money from Euro 2020.

However, there could be low turnouts and unprofitable patronage because the European Championship cannot be compared to the UEFA Champions League or the English premier league.

I walked past a viewing centre that is not far from my Hostel when I was coming back from the gym this morning. I saw a Man using chalk to scribe some words on the blackboard outside the viewing Centre. I waited patiently to see what he was doing.

When he was done, I moved closer and couldn't help but to marvel at the level of smartness he's putting into his business. He knows that Many football fans may not want to spend their money to watch Euro 2020. So, what he did to capture their attention was to write the names of some of the players alongside their Country's fixture.

For instance, he wrote Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard's name under Belgium's fixture. He wrote Jorginho and Ciro Immobile's under Italy's fixture. The agenda is that Fans will be captivated by this medium of advertising and be prompted to come and watch some of their favorite Players in action.
