30 Tribes You Probably Never knew Existed In Nigeria.

Nigeria is a beautiful country and is blessed with both human and natural resources. Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa with the population just a little below 200million. The absence of natural disasters has even made Nigeria more blessed.

Nigeria is made up of several ethnic groups, majority of which are the Hausa, Yoruba and the Igbo's. There are several tribes within this ethnic groups, they are said to be 371 in number .

I will be sharing 30 tribes and their respective locations with you today.

1) Ga’anda tribe - found in Adamawa.

2) Tiv - Benue 

3) Bali - A tribe in Taraba

4) Ukwani (Kwale) - A tribe in Delta.

5) Gade - A tribe in Niger.

6) Auyoka (Auyokawa) - A tribe in Jigawa.

7) Uncinda Tribe - Kaduna, Kebbi, Niger, Sokoto.

8) Ayu -Kaduna

9) Idoma - Benue

10) Bambora - A tribe in Bauchi.

11) Higi (Hig) - found in Borno and Adamawa.

12) Ukelle Tribe - Cross River

13) Awori - found in Lagos and Ogun.

14) Memyang (Meryan) -Plateau

15) Ibeno - Akwa lbom

16) Uneme (Ineme) - Edo

17) Igalla - Kogi

18) Affade - Yobe

19) Engenni (Ngene) - Rivers

20) Esan (Ishan) - Edo
