Arsenal could announce signing of Brazilian forward as player eager to leave current club

Barcelona have apparently offered undesirable playmaker Philippe Coutinho to Premier League team Arsenal and Newcastle as they hope to offload the Brazilian this late spring.

Coutinho finished the paperwork for the Catalans in January 2018 of a super £105million in advance move from Liverpool, yet he has neglected to hit the statures he appeared on Merseyside.

The 28-year-old has spent the season on credit at Bayern Munich however with the Germans leaving behind the opportunity to sign Coutinho for all time, Barca is currently hoping to sell so as to fund a move for Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez, as per Goal.

The report subtleties that Barcelona are searching out likely option for Coutinho so as to let loose assets in both their compensation and move financial plan.

In spite of the fact that a couple of European clubs have the assets to take on Coutinho's compensation and move cost, especially amidst the coronavirus pandemic, an arrival to the Premier League is viewed as the most probable result.

Both Arsenal and Newcastle have been sounded out, however, neither one of the clubs have given a reaction yet.

Barcelona are eager to renegotiate and would now acknowledge a lower charge, and in spite of the fact that Bayern Munich didn't close the entryway totally on a lasting move for Coutinho, their spotlight this late spring will be on finishing an arrangement for Manchester City winger Leroy Sane.

However, Arsenal might be able to sign Countinho if Mikel Arteta is able to sell players who are out of his plans for next season as Countinho is reportedly willing to join Arsenal and Barcelona willing to sell.
