Done Deal: Forest Green Rovers youngster checks in on loan
Paul Holleran has bolstered his squad with the loan signing of Taylor Allen from Football League 2 side Forest Green Rovers until December 28.
The 20 year old, who can play wide left or as a striker, joined Forest Green from our county neighbours Nuneaton Borough in summer 2019, having scored Boro's goal in their Birmingham Senior Cup Final defeat against Brakes in his final game for the club. He had begun his career at Romulus, and since joining Forest Green has featured in their first team while also spending loan spells in National League North with Hereford and Gloucester City, and more recently this season at Southern League Hednesford Town.
The manager said 'Taylor is a talented young lad who is very versatile. Even at his young age he is someone we have come across a few times, and we're looking forward to working with him.'

Red Devils Preparing Bid For David De Gea Replacement
Manchester United could be looking at a star from another major league as a replacement for David De Gea.
For almost a decade, De Gea has been Manchester United’s star goalkeeper. However, the former Atletico Madrid sensation seems to be declining and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is already looking for a solution.
At this point, it appears that a transfer is likely to happen with the Red Devils now considering preparing a formal bid for AC Milan’s Gianluigi Donnarumma, Spanish outlet Fichajes reported.
According to the report, Manchester United has identified Donnarumma as a potential replacement with the club now open to the idea of selling De Gea in the summer.
Donnarumma has emerged as one of the most sought-after goalkeepers in the world. At 21, the Italian is already a Rossoneri star, having been a regular starter since joining the club in 2015.
Apart from Manchester United, Donnarumma was also on the radar of Chelsea. Previous reports state that the Blues were interested in signing the highly-rated keeper in the past window, but a deal did not materialize.
Donnarumma’s contract with Milan is set to expire at the end of the season and he is expected to be a top prospect in the summer transfer window.

The Mirror is reporting that Arsenal are keeping tabs on the Ivory Coast international following his impressive performances in the Belgian top flight this term.
The same article states that Kossounou’s eye-catching form has earned a lot of interest from some top clubs in Europe ahead of the summer transfer window.

Arsenal and Chelsea set to battle for transfer of promising striker this summer
You would expect that Chelsea have the financial muscle to blow Arsenal out of the water just now, but that might not matter so much when it comes to signing promising players.
Chelsea’s squad is already bloated so any incoming youngsters will have to worry about forcing their way into the team, while Arsenal may be able to offer some first team football fairly soon.
Time will tell if that’s a pivotal factor in their race for Inter Milan’s promising Uruguayan striker Martin Satriano.
A report from The Mirror via The Boot Room has indicated that both Premier League sides are tracking the youngster with a view to making a move in the summer.
He only signed for Inter in January 2020 and he’s not made it into the first team yet so he would be a developmental signing, but he’s impressing for their U20 side and that’s been enough to attract attention.
The report indicates that Arsenal would be more likely to secure his signature because there would be a clear pathway to the first team at The Emirates, but the main problem for them would be persuading Inter to sell rather than convincing the player to join.
He’s made the bench a few times this season so there’s every reason to think he will make his debut soon, but that will also drive his price up if he impresses so it will be worth getting this wrapped up quickly if the interest is serious.
Barca Could Sign Real Madrid-Linked Future 'Best Midfielder In The World,' Agent Suggest
Barcelona was handed a major boost over Real Madrid in their reported pursuit of Rennes’ Eduardo Camavinga.
After three seasons at Ligue 1, Camavinga has now become one of the most sought-after midfielders of his generation. For his agent Jonathan Barnett, Camavinga is even on his way to becoming the “best in the world.”
The 18-year-old has long been on Real Madrid’s radar. However, Barnett’s recent comments suggest that his star client could possibly wind up joining Los Blancos’ Spanish rivals, Barcelona.
"Let’s see what happens later on, but he’s doing well in Rennes and that’s fine,” Barnett exclusively told Goal. “Being the best midfielder in the world, that’s how I see his future, [with] a lot of medals and a lot of trophies."
"[Real Madrid is] a great club, a great club to play for," he added. "Eduardo [Camavinga] will have a choice of a lot of clubs if Rennes decides to release him. They will be one of the four of five clubs in the world he might go to. Eduardo would love to play for a top club. [Real] Madrid are one of those top clubs in the world, so are Barcelona."
When asked if rumors claiming Camavinga could cost more than €50 million ($60 million), the agent said, “I would think so.”
