A Twist in the Tale- Manchester United are set to open talks with Leicester for Caglar Soyuncu

Manchester United are apparently set to initiate talks with Leicester City about a possible transfer deal for Caglar Soyuncu, according to reports. Raphael Varane was once regarded to be the top centre-back target for Manchester United. However, it appears that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is seeking for a quality partner for Harry Maguire as well. The Norwegian coach seemed to have made a complete 180-degree turn as Real Madrid €80M price for Raphael Varane looks too weighty for the Manchester United side.

According to the Turkish Journalist Ekrem Konur, who has stated that United are about to initiate talks with Leicester City over a deal for Soyuncu.

Ekrem speaking here, ''Continuing their search for a stopper, Manchester United have put Caglar Soyuncu on the transfer list. Talks with Leicester City are scheduled to take place soon...''

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has not given a specific number of the transfers Manchester United are going to make this summer. However, the recruit of two news defenders might be possible with the Red devils plotting to solve the problem of conceded goals from set pieces.  The club might be stirring up a competition at the back line, which will be a huge development in their agenda to win the EPL.
