SPORT: Mourinho’s Roma suffer 6-1 defeat to Bodo/Glimt

Mourinho's Roma suffer 6-1 defeat to Bodo/Glimt.

On Thursday, october 21, Jose Mourinho experienced one of the most humiliating losses of his managerial career, when Roma were thrashed 6-1 by Bodo/Glimt in the Europa Conference League.

The Serie A team came into the game with an unblemished record in Group C.

Mourinho's much-changed squad, on the other hand, were humiliated on the artificial surface at Aspmyra Stadion in Norway.

Within 20 minutes, Erik Botheim and Patrick Berg had given the hosts a 2-0 lead.

Carles Perez pulled a goal back for Roma, but they collapsed after the break.

Before Ola Solbakken scored a brace either side of Amahl Pellegrino's goal, Botheim's second restored Bodo/two-goal Glimt's advantage.

This is the first occasion in Mourinho's historic 1,008-game management record that a Mourinho team has surrendered six goals.
