EPL: 2 Fixtures That Are Likely To Spoil Manchester United Chances Of Finishing In The Top 4

Manchester United boosted their top-four hopes with a comfortable 2-0 win over Wolves on Saturday evening, thanks to goals from Anthony Martial and Alejandro Garnacho. Manchester United came out strong and took the lead in the 32nd minute through Martial, thanks to a fantastic assist from Antony. After the break, United pushed to extend their lead, but Daniel Bentley's superb saves on Jason Sancho and Anotny kept Wolves in the game. However, in the fourth minute of added time, Garnacho finished off a sweeping counter-attacking move to secure all three points for the home side. With the win, United are now level on points with third-placed Newcastle United.

Well, the Red Devils' top-four hopes are still on the line, and they must do everything possible to avoid dropping any points as the season winds down. They still have three games left, which will see them face Fulham, Chelsea, and Bournemouth.

* Kindly, check the dates and times for these three games;

Chelsea and Fulham are the teams that poses a threat to United's top-four finish. Lampard men are showing signs of improvement, which is bad news for Erik Ten Hag's side at this point in time. The Blues have ended their six-game losing streak with a win and a draw in their last two games.

First was a 3-1 victory against Bournemouth and then recently a 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest. Lampard understands how important this game is to the fans. He will definitely be looking towards giving United a tough fight. Chelsea clearly poses a significant threat to United's Champions League hopes.

On the other hand, 9th placed Fulham have not given up on their European ambitions, as evidenced by their 2-0 win over Southampton on Saturday evening. They will undoubtedly be hoping to maintain their excellent form and avoid dropping points. They are threats to United top four hopes. As for Bournemouth, I am definitely sure United will pick all three points in that game.
