Chelsea Football Club introduced their new jersey bearing the new sponsorship deal with "3", a UK Telecommunication firm on July 1, 2020 in a deal worth nearly 200 million pounds.
Since then, Chelsea has either won by 3 goals or has been defeated by 3 goals. Only the match between Chelsea and Norwich was different. Chelsea won by 1 goal.
Debuting the new sponsorship jersey against West Ham united in an away game, Chelsea lost to the Hammers by 3 goals to 2. Chelsea's next match being against Watford, Chelsea went on to trash Watford by 3 goals to nothing. Subsequently came Crystal Palace who lost by 3 goals to 2 to Chelsea.
And just a couple of days after their match with Crystal Palace, Sheffield United defeated Chelsea by 3 goals to nothing. And again today, Chelsea vs Manchester United in the FA Cup Semi final, Chelsea went ahead to beat Manchester United by 3 goals to 1 at Wembley.
Coincidentally, Chelsea occupies 3rd position in the premier league table.
Could this really be a coincidence, a mystery or science?
