Manchester United was being linked with a move for Portuguese midfielder Ruben Neves. Although United are interested in signing him, but they do not view him as a priority target.
Ruben Neves is believed to be available for an affordable price this summer, more than the previous ones.
However, according to a trusted English journalist, it's unlikely that Manchester United will make a late move to sign the Portuguese International after confirming that Paul Pogba will stay at the club.
The Portuguese man still has three years remaining in his contract with Wolverhampton Wanderers, and the premier league club is not in a haste to release him.
Manchester United has completed the signing of Jodan Sancho and Raphael Varane. Sancho is likely to have his debut against Leeds United while Varane has not been unveiled as a United player.
Manchester United needs a central midfielder who will serve as a long-term replacement for Paul Pogba who has his heart set away from Old Trafford.
