The Spanish Primera Feminine League got to it's 6th week this weekend and the defending Champions are still rolling strong in defence of Title. The fight to wrestle Barca for the title is becoming intense but only with few Teams, showing the fire Power to dethrone the European and Spanish Queens.

Aside Villarreal and Granadilla Tenerife Women's Match that was postponed, every other game was played as protocol was observed in every Venue. Deportivo Alaves were held to a Goalless draw by Sporting de Huelva Women in a tactical piece that later dropped the 2 sides on the Spanish Primera Feminine Log.

Levante Women completely moved away from their regular goal scorer, Esther Gonzalez' hangover to beating Valencia by a lone goal in a tension soaked environment. Alba Redondo's stroke of halftime goal made it possible for Levante.

Real Madrid Women host Eibar Women at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano, after their away UEFA Champions League midweek win over Zhytlobud-1 Khakiv of Ukraine to continue their winning streak as they defeated Eibar by 2-1. This is their first League victory after 5 games that produced a single draw in the League. Thanks to Moller's 31st minute Strike and Rocio Galvez' 58th minute goal that cancelled Kuki's early strike for Eibar.

The highest scoring Game of the 5th week came from Ciudad Deportiva Luis de sa where Real Betis were narrowly beaten by visiting Madrid CFF. Geyse's 4 goals for Madrid CFF Women coupled with Gabriela Nunes 62nd minute strike were enough to surpass Vilas' Brace that were also supported by Sosa and Leon's goal as the stunning encounter ended 4-5 in favour of the visitors.

Barcelona feminine Team maintain their unbeaten run of matches after beating the only Team that defeated them last season. Oshoala's 35th minute opened door for more by Aitana Bonmati and Lieke Martens in the latter part of the game, claiming superiority over Atletico Madrid Women, the only formidable side that could wrestle the title with them. All thanks to Jonatan Giraldez, Barclona's Gaffer who read the game well enough to earn Asisat Oshoala a wonderful 27th year birthday gift.

Toni Payne's Sevilla failed to beat Atletic Bilbao women at home but maintain the 8th spot on the Log after their goalless draw.

Barcelona feminine are still defending the title well and with care after beating Atletico women 3-0 on away soil. The Champions are joint Leaders with 18 points from 6 games, leading Real Sociedad Women by only 14 goals difference.

Real Madrid Women are still struggling after acquiring Former Levante's forward, Esther Gonzalez who is currently injured. Although they won by 2-1 over Eibar, they remain on the 13th spot-on the log with just 4 points, battling the relegation waters.

As things stands, will any Team really challenge Oshoala's Barcelona for the title this season?
