Liverpool's Seven EPL Fixtures In April

The Reds will play against seven opponents in the premier league in April. Liverpool suffered a 6-2 aggregate loss to Real Madrid in their last match. The Reds were eliminated out of the UEFA Champions league and it was a disappointing defeat for Klopp.

Liverpool were hoping to make a comeback win over Real Madrid. However, they failed to get past Thibaut Courtois. Jota, Darwin Nunez, Cody Gakpo and Salah started against Real Madrid but they failed to find the back of the net. Real Madrid defenders managed to keep Liverpool attackers at bay.

Karim Benzema netted the only goal of the match in the second leg and was assisted by Vinicius Junior. The Reds will now focus on finishing top four this season following their Champions league elimination.

Liverpool will face Manchester City on the 1st of April. City currently sits second on the premier league table and are among the favorites to win the league title this season. Liverpool will likely struggle to overcome Pep Guardiola's men at Etihad Stadium.

Chelsea secured a 3-1 win over Leicester City in their last match. It remains to be seen whether Liverpool will manage to beat the Blues at Stamford Bridge.

Liverpool will clash with premier league leaders Arsenal on the 9th of April. The Gunners were eliminated out of the Europa league by Sporting and Mikel Arteta is expected to help his side win the premier league title this season. Liverpool may use their home advantage to grab a win over Arsenal.
